Hi, I’m Regina Yakubov, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I understand how challenging it can feel to start therapy, and I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported in sharing your experiences at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I work with both adolescents and adults on a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, stress, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem challenges.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. My earlier experience working in a psychotherapy clinic gave me meaningful insight into the client journey, which continues to shape my passion for helping individuals build resilience and move toward meaningful change. I am also a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
